Nobody answering the phone

I have been calling Ratan gas agency since five days on various numbers... but nobody responds or takes the call... I am just so fed up of trying their number... 8149361436/ 8149601746/ 48/ 53... I have faced similar problem so many times and I don't know how people can be so irresponsible.
