Silender not delivered

Dear sir/madam,

i had booked my bharat gas cylinder by online bahrat gas no.(011-25517177) my bharat gas connection no.17819. agency name sharman gas service.. on dated 10 feb. but cylinder not received yet 29 feb cylinder agent said i have no sleep of your no. branch not pick up the phone. so pls attention on my complaint. because of bad deliver i purchased a cylinder in balck that price rs 850rs. so return my excess money and delivered my ctlinder which booked on 10.2.12. pls heed on my complaint.thanks
