Malpractice on supply of refill cylinde

A complaint from my side that i booked my Bharat gas refill on 27 june and my booking no is 22949785. 30 days, still this day i did not get my refill. I doubt malpractice happened among the supply of my cylinder this month. When i contact the sandhya gas distributor several times and they are not taking the phone and for last they are telling that they deliver shortly.
