My bike giving problem

Sir/Madam,

My bike number (DL10SB1166 TWISTER) my bike giving problem (gear problem) from 3rd service & after 4th service also giving same problem. I mailed Bhasin Honda on 1Dec-52011. Today i received call from Bhasin honda they telling when you taken 4th & after 1month we con't accept ur complaint. I received delay response from bhasin honda. And i am very unhappy with Honda services. I hope you will solve my problem at earliest.
