Respected Sir,

I have booked my bike (MP 16 BB 9497) and 8 cartoons, 3 bags total LT-12 receipt no. 063195 from koraput orisa (krpu) to saugor M.P. (sgo) and they loaded on 16/05 into train no. 18108 krpu rou express and they unload on 17/05 at jharsuguda (jsg). I have received 8 cartoons and 3 bags on 23/05 at saugor (sgo) but my bike didn't received. I went to railway station saugor (sgo) 8 times they are not responding properly. could please look into this issue and let me know how to approach the things. I didn't get perfect information from any one.

could you please do needful as soon as possible.
