my mother's car met with an accident on8/05.The driver was my nephew who has a valid driving license. He was driving on 8/05 at 10 am near kundalahalli road, whitefield. While avoiding a speeding bike from the side road, the car ran over a high divider. In this disorder the car got hit and scratched through an advertisement board on the divider. I myself, my son and the driver were on board. In panic I called the nearest car service station and they took the car to the station. When inquired about the car insurance which is national insurance, the officials of insurance advised me to take the car to bimal auto agencies who has cashless service facilities. Listening to them I called bimal and they took the car from the first service station on 9-05-11. We submitted all required documents. They said the survey would be completed in a day and next day we can take our originals back. When I called the concerned person next day he said the car has been handed over to another person and can call him. I called the other person and he said he got the assignment only in the evening so he cannot do anything on it and was very rude on me. When I called the customer service person he said he will look into it and will call me back. There was no call from them for two days and on 13-05-11 I called the customer care manager, he said its been handed over to another person called raju. I called up raju and he said the survey has to carry over yet. On 14-05-11 he called me and informed me the survey done but didn't approve of some technical issue which I didn't understand and he couldn't answer. Then I requested him to find what the real reason is and help me. There were no call from their side for another two days, finally when I called them again mr. Raju asked me to call the surveyor and I called and spoke. He said complete claim cannot be sanctioned because I haven't written that in the incident details. I called up raju and he assured me he will do something. Again there was no information from them next two days, I called up them and was very upset and asked him their manager in charge number, which he give. I called mr. Arvind who is manager in charge for services and he didn't talk with me properly. When I complaint he started talking against me for insurance company. I asked him why he is behaving like this and he said he is trying to help me. He asked me to send another letter giving the details of accident and I mailed the same. There was no phone call after that. Then on 27-05-11 I called mr. Arvind and asked him to give my car back, then he said the service not yet completed and I said I want the car tomorrow. When I went there on 28-05-11 the car was not in a driving condition and they were asking me to pay 6000/- More for whatever work they have done. I spoke to mr. Arvind about this and he said the surveyor is so adamant he is not doing his duties well. I asked him whether this all incidents because of that, why this much delay and complications in this, for which he couldn't reply and also behaved very rudely with me. I am still in complete ignorance about the car and service they provided. They all are not proactive in their deals. I am suffering mental agony on this for the last one month. Today ie 30-05-11 mr. Raju called me and informed me that he spoke to surveyor and he is asking me to contact the insurance company directly. My question is that if I had to contact insurance company directly then I wouldn't have approached them, I was very happy the way the first service people dealt with me. I have spent all most one month of my time in agony and misery. The car is still with the bimal auto agencies. I do not know what to do now. No one to guide me. Expecting justice on me.
