A courier containing an important document was sent through Blaze flash Couriers on 29th April.
My docket number is 213423537
Their web tracking shows it has been forwarded from the Chennai office on 3rd May. After a week of non receipt, I called them up. Shockingly, these fellows had no idea where my courier went.
They have 10 helpline numbers that do not work, call centre ladies who yell into the earpieces, and a web query section that no one cares to answer.
They even gave the wrong information that the courier has reached Kochi office. I dialled them up only to hear that it hasn't.
The courier would have walked to my place, if these buggers left it untouched.
