Sir, I have sent a parcel through Blazeflash courier on 20/08. It did not reach the location mentioned, ie, Durgapur. On calling at Kolkata office, they are saying that the parcel is damaged and the things in the parcel are not present. Companies head office phone numbers are not being answered. I don't know whom to complain at their office and how can i get back the goods I have sent.
