Shipment picked up by Blue Dart in way bill no: 59013003092 dated 02.06.2012 from Gurgaon reached Tirunelveli on 04.06.2012 as confirmed in their website and local office [0462-2500708]. Even after 5 days of receipt, Blue Dart is not delivering the shipment. No responsible answer is given. I'm thinking of suing them.
