Dear sir,
As per telephonic discussion with you on few days back as I have explained the harrashment i have been faced by your collection department was explained to you in regard my SBI Credit Card payments.
I here by again giving you the reminder to issue me the NOC, as I have already paid Rs. 15000/- in march to settle down my card payment. Sir in march I have received a call from Mr. Amit, from your branch who told me to pay Rs.15000/- to settle down the card payment, and he also told me that once my cheque gets cleared from the bank, I will be received the NOC copy within 7 working day's but as off now I didn't receive my NOC and infact I have been getting calls again from your branch few days back from Ms. Akruti who is asking me to pay more money and threating me if I don't pay I will be dragging into the court.
If you can see my card status from begining none of my cheque were bouned till now, and all my payments were made in time to time basis. Being a Govt . employee i have been getting threating calls from your branch, and harrashming me so much, Dear sir if you can look ino this matter seriously and You promised that after our telecon discussion you told me that I will get the NOC, But till now I did not get.
Plz look into the matter seriously and issue me the NOC as soon as possible...
An early reply will be highly appreciatable.
