Sub: Complain against Toyota Service Centre

Sir/Madam

I am an owner of Toyota Fortuner No.-WB-06F 5608 (Model Code no. – KUN51R-NKMSYX), I have some complain against Toyota’s Service Centre (Topsel Pvt. Ltd.). I purchased this car on 04.02.2011.

I send my car in one of your service centre (Topsel Pvt. Ltd.), But they did not completed the job in proper time, whenever i call they always say " come on tomorrow " and ignoring us. when I ask them for my Bill, they said, " bring a draft of2 lac rupees, after that "we check out your estimate bill, and then return you the rest amount."

He also say, " don't send your car in our service center again.''

Then ok! please told me where I send my fortuner car for servicing.

kindly ventilate through this matter and do the needful immediately.
