Alignment and air con problem

I sent my car Honda CRV for service and to check air con last week and was told that the cooling coil is leaking and will have to be changed and it will take 3 days. I also did a black oil change and alignment. The alignment was not done right and i will have to send the car again for the 3rd time as it is still not aligned right. I checked the air con coil from another dealer and it was repaired and the problems was not the coil but wiring. It was completed in 2 hours and the engineer was so pleasent. I have a complete report on this and would make it a big issue if I dont get a reply. This is not the first time I facing this and I am really fedup with the type of service you are providing. I feel sorry for Honda which used to be very customer forcused.

I can use the word popless here as it has been happening for the past 1 years.
