I am NIDHEESH MOHAN, I own a HONDA CB TWISTER with registered number KL 17 G 3680 .I bought this motor cycle from EVM HONDA VYTLLA, ERNAKULAM one year back. While in the guarranty period i met with an accident which caused the alloy of both the wheels to bent. Since this occured in the guarranty period i reported this to the dealer from where i purchased my bike. This was about six months before.
They inspected the complaint and informed me that they will replace the damaged parts by including it in the insurance claim. The claim was sanctioned with in no time but they have not replaced the damaged part. Whenever i enquire with the dealer they do not respond properly. Now the guarranty period expired. Since this complaint occured journey in my bike is very difficult. This causes certain health problems to me.
Kindly go through this and please do the needful.
