This is a complaint note from my side.

I had given the car for a repair to Carnation, Kochi. I had given on 10th May. The delivery was planned for 12th May 6pm. On 12th May 6pm, when I called them, they said it is not yet ready and would give on next day morning. I asked them if the delivery is getting postponed, they could have intimated me before I call them for collection. Anyway I cancelled part of work on car and agreed to collect on next day morning.

On 13th May, I went to Carnation Kochi by noon. And there was new damage in car. When I asked them about that new damage, they said, they don’t know how it came. They said they will rectify and return tomorrow.

I am not sure whether I will get my car in good condition tomorrow also. I am very unhappy with this service. I didn’t have any similar experiences from any other car servicing firm. Next time, I would think twice before choosing the car service firm. I hope I would get my car in good condition tomorrow. It is going to be 2 days delay from the planned delivery date.

Please take care that such incidents do not happen in future to any other customer.

While I gave the car for servicing, 3 issues were reported.

1. Car bonnet complaint

2. Tire puncture – which they said, would get it done from outside

3. Central lock – there was a sound isse.

Out of these, they cleared only issue reported as #1. Other two were missed, though it was noted down in the receipt.

For doing #1, itself, extra days were taken. So I didn’t want to @3 and #3 to be done from Carnation Kochi.

Apart from these, two issues got added from this service.

1. After clearing car bonnet complaint, there was an issue reported near wiper side; This was pointed out by me and then they cleared it after keeping the car for extra day.

2. After receiving the car, when I used bonnet - water to clean the glass, I could notice that the water doesn’t fall on the glass. Instead it goes straight up. Now I don’t have confidence to give the car to CARNATION. Again I will have to keep my car for number of days in your place. But I have to inform you that this happened. Else, you might do this to next set of customers also.

Please ensure that when a car is given for servicing, you test the related areas also.

Lack of quality and less focus on customer retention!
