PROBLEM REGARDING THE MUSIC SYSTEM IN WAGON VXI

Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. I, IC 53523A, Lt Col RK Chauhan have purchased a Wagon VXI Car of silky silk colour from the DD Motors Dehradun, Dila Ram Show Room. The car has a inbuilt music system.

2. I have got the manual of the music system which says that there will be remote with, it but I was not given on the pretext that it has not come from the company, which is a rear possibility.

3. May I request you to kindly guide me as to what should I do and whom should I report about it so that the remote of the music system is given to me. Please advise me
