Hi,
My name is Pritesh Pandey. I have given my bike for service second time to Castrol bike zone PERFECT MOTORS
Address: C-99, MAYAPURI INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-2, MAYAPURI, NEW DELHI, on 11th Feb. 2010 with job
Card number 1111 and my bike number is DL9S Q 2651.
They told me that your bike has following problems:
1. Change the bearing of rear wheel because there is some problem.
2. Change the brake shoe of rear brake because it is expiring.
3. Change the cone set of handle because there seems to be some problem.
I agreed with their observation and told them to do the Silver Service and change the Brake shoe and
Rear wheel bearing. I told them that in next service I will change the cone set also because there is some
Monetary problem.
I got my bike after service on 11th evening. After driving the bike I got to know that the bike is not moving properly.
I am feeling some bubbling and also bike is not moving smoothly and one more thing gears are also tight.
Next I got a call from bike zone customer care executive; she was asking "sir, are you satisfied with the service."
I told them that I am not happy with service. She told me that I can come the service station and they can check
it again.
On 16th Feb, I again visited to maya puri bike zone. The mechanic checked my bike and adjusted my clutch, accelerator, tyre
Pressure etc. and told me that now everything is ok.
I checked the bike and I again found the same problem. One Senior Exec checked my bike and told me that my clutch plate is
not working properly and told me to change it.
Sir before service when mechanic was checked my bike, at that time my clutch plate was ok. After service my bikes
Clutch plate is not working properly. So what it means.
This is not at all the proper satisfactory service.
Please do the needful.
