ATVM machines are very convenient & saves time. There are 3 ATVM machines AT Mulund East of Central Railway-Mumbai Suburban. Now a days these are often found to be not working. On 10.12.11 at 9 am in the morning when I wanted to purchase ticket from ATVM, it was found that all 3 machines were not working.
Request autorities to look into matter and ensure that all machines to be working, if problem with any machine it should be attended immediately so that atleast 1 or 2 of 3 machines are working at a time.
