Refund after cancellation

I had a booking in Air India THROUGH YOUR WEB SITE from Dibrugarh to Jodhpur via Kolkata and Mumbai.

I had to cancel the tkt from Dibrugarh to Kolkata AI 705 and travelled in Indigo two days earlier i.e. 27 Sep 11.

I traveled in Air india further from Kolkata to Jodhpur via Mumbai.

I requested for amended tkt with new fares for submitting in the office since it was an official travel. However, I was told to complete the journey and then claim refund for the portion from Dibru to kolkata. But even after completing and sending mails and personally visiting Air India office, the amount is not refunded and it shows as open for use as per Air India office.

I hereby request to cancel the tkt and refund the amount to me (credit card). Also pl issue a fresh tkt with new fares for the two legs from Kolkata to Mumbai to Jodhpur at the earliest.
