Fraud in booking of diwali spl train

Today the booking for train Number 0109 is opened by 8 AM and it was waiting 250 by 8:30 AM.How the whole seats are booked within half hour and it is waiting 275 now. There must be a fraud in booking.

this is my KIND request to go in details of such fraud booking.
