Paramount Airlines
Flight Cancelled - Not Refunded

I have booked for Chennai to Madurai Tickets for 29th August, 10 thru Paramount Airlines. but the flight was cancelled at last minute and they did not arrange any alternative also. So, I found very difficult to travel to chennai.

Also their customer care confirmed, that air ticket money would be refunded within 7 days.

But still I have not received my refund after passing 57 days and no response from them for phone calls. All the customer care numbers which they have posted in the website are not working.

I have already sent two emails and no response from their side.

The above caused a great amount of harassment, mental agony and financial loss to me as a customer to their airlines.
