Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint with much more pain in terms of body as well as mind. The reason being that these kinds of mails have been sent from my end already but till now no favorable action taken in this regard:
1) Frequency of buses has been very worst for which, nobody is taking care. A bus will come only after an hour or three buses will go one by one.
2) Behaviour of crew has been very worst and they are not stopping the buses at stops on many occasions.
3) Also on many occasions buses for a single route will never come or the same will come one by one (five buses in a row and this is very common in 70 Series Buses)
4) Because of the poor running of MTC buses, traffic has become a very big and major problem for Chennai people.
5) Even there has been strike by MTC crew due to the attack of one of their colleague. On many occasions, the reasons for such attack is poor response from the crew, if any passenger asks for clarifications.
6) Finally I would like to bring to your kind notice that buses from or to nanganallur has becoming a major problem as such, thousands of people on a daily basis been facing much hardships.
Can we expect some action as such, the above issues could be sorted out.
