Regarding Banking payment

In the year 2008 ICICI Bank utilised recovery agents against me. I reported the matter to the account section of the Central Railway where I am working to stop sending payment in my ICICI Bank's salary account. My request was not heard by the railway's administrative people. My payment and PF withdrawal was continuously sent to the Bank. I lost financially, because of the failure of action by the respective people. I expect remedy from the Railways in this matter.
