I face very bad & cheap response from M/s. Chaitanya Gas Agency. Dombivali-East.
Tel No:02512472618, 02512452091, 0251247110, 02512437772 every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy or out of service. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. Now i facing very bad exprince with this agency. I m booking for cylinder on 29-07-10 & after 21 days i not getting cylinder. I already speak with staff 6-7 times, & everytime staff saying tommrow you will be getting cylinder. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. Now today is 17-08-10 but not getting cylinder. There is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor, they disconnect the phone line & after that you redial same number it will get busy contious.
