I purchased a hundai i10 magna model car on july11th, after a few days i went to a shop in the car and turn back after shopping and try to start the car but ii doesn't start, i called to the service center of hundai in KERALA- KOTTAYAM (dist) PALA center, they said they will be there soon after8 hrs hey came and do something and said my car is ready, never happen like this but the next day i went to a hospital with my parents and on return time the car is didn't start, i call to the care first there is no reply, i am very disappointed with the intraction of this customer care excicutives, and the next day i went to the customer care they said an example a new born baby may be die or may not be like that i said to them i purchased this car because of the trust of the hundai but now it is lost, they said u are a single customer u cannot do anything, what to do in this sittuation, i said to change the battery the problem is battery down, the 1year battery warrenty is there, but they didn't ready to do like this way
