Staff scarcity

There are 4 ticket counters but at any point of time only one has a staff sitting in the counter.. Because of this Friday evenings and generally at peak hours the queue gets as long as 150 people but one staff servicing the queue. This is highly atrocious. If the staff has any responsibility for the pay we give them from our taxes they should come and work!
