Dear Sir/Madam,
I had cancelled my Guwahati-New Delhi sector ticket on 19th Nov'11 at Guwahati Airport Kingfisher Airlines office. I was told that as per the policy refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Since the tickets are issued by Cleartrip, they (Kingfisher Airlines) requested me to contact the concerned travel agent for obtaining refund. I have been trying to reach Cleartrip Customercare, but in vain. I have sent couple of emails to [email protected] in this regard, but didn't get any reply.
Please find below the cancellation details of the same:
Virtual Coupon Record/Ticket Nos were 0903571512681, 0903571512682, 0903571512683.
Tickets were booked thru Cleartrip on 17th Oct'11.
