Non-Payment of Booking Amount

On 21/06, we booked a Maruti Ritz ZXI from Competent Automobiles Co. LTD., A-25 INFO City Sector-33 34 Gurgaon. The dealer told us the waiting period will be one month and he charged us Rs. 10, 000 as the booking amount. After one month waiting period we didn't receive the car. We needed the car urgently so we decided to get it from some other place, on asking the refund of the booking amount, they told us they would deduct Rs. 500 from the booking amount as their company policy.
