I booked the cab with Meru at morning 7 AM for a cab in evning 6 for airport drop. I also got a confirmation no (booking no) immediately. At 5.45 PM when i didnt get cab details, i called up at there call centre where i get to know that no cabs are available. Meru guys dont even have a courtesy to call and tell this before hand. Only when i call did i get to know that no cabs are available. i almost missed my flight. It was really frustrating to get such services specially when you pay premium for that. It is the second time such incident is happening in happening last 2 months
