I gave my car for service on 01 October at 10:30 a.m. as per appointment but there was no one to attend and finally when i found someone to attend it was 11 and as the Dealer committed the time of delivery i.e 3 p.m. I reached on time. But the car was not ready. The service advisor was not available though i was trying his mobile number. On contacting the service manager Mr. Anil Sharma, instead of finding any solution to the problem he started giving his limitations and was not courteous at all. Finally the car got serviced at 6 p.m. without the interior cleaned. A poor experience with the company and pure disappointment from the staff of Courtesy Honda Okhla New Delhi.
