Unavailability of visor of passion plus new model

I bought a new model passion plus on november. Recently i met with an accident and the visor of the bike got damaged. I bought the vehicle from Ace motors, Calicut. I want to get the visor replaced. I have been waiting for more than 15 days. The concerned say that it will take at least one more month to get me the visor.

The Ace motors parts retail support is poor. Their response to the complaints is not satisfactory. Hope the condition improves.
