Query on expiration date

I am having a subscription to cross roads break down services. I made a call to them to find out my expiration date. Every time they have been telling me to call to 011-47976855 and when i call to this number they ask me to call to 011-47090909. Interestingly I made this inquiry because someone called me telling that your subscription is over and I am calling from Speed helpline. And cross is telling that your subscription is running and validity is 2011 but the system does not reflect month and date. How pathetic!!
