Refer discussion with your so many colleague like Ms Jhumpa / Mr. Mahesh/ Mr. Vinay (Floor Supervisor) & Ms. Poonam regarding our 6 pc crystal set, we hv replaced the 3 utensils ;-1 Pc Kadhai, 1 Pc Fry Pan & 1 Pc Flat Tawa.
After that we rcvd the delivery on 29th dec but all pc rcvd without handle so again we re-shipped the same on 29th dec but from 29th dec till date we hv not rcvd the delivery for same.
Courier re shipped on 29th dec TNT DO number is: D410486588WW (29th dec).
This is a very serious complaint against the Entire network of HomeShop18.
How they are very irresponsible about, whether the customer gets the product or not.
Kindly chk the status of the courier & give us the correct feedback.
