Unsatisfactory customer experience

Dear Sir,

I have purchased new Honda Jazz from Crystal Honda on 22nd June (Address: Kothari Autolink pvt ltd. S. Number 268, Mantri Alpine, Katraj Dehu Road Bypass, Near Chandni Chowk, Bavdhan, Pune 21). I have terrible customer experience, they never ever told me clearly on the accessories for which I need to pay. On delivery day they told me to pay Rs. 48000/-. I was surprised and not carrying any cash/cheque so I gave the same next day. Till now they have to fit few accessories which are part of my purchased configuration. I have specifically asked for the breakup of accessories & its cost till now I haven't got it. Now it is almost week and my vehicle is not registered to Pune RTO and still I am waiting gives RC & TC book. This is really annoying when you pay and don’t get the expected service.
