I am Meenu I bought a Dada Bajaj kristal vehicle PB10CA5072 in 2007
that time to this time I have face many problem for my vehicle and lot of complaint register in dada bajaja office (Mr. Hari Singh, Manager, Mr. Navneet Singh Asst.) & company customer care No. but till their is no action. many time i am going to dada bajaj workshop for vehicle (self problem, Battery Problem)
this time my vehicle is not start I call mr. navneet he said break down problem
& come at dada bajaj workshop & I repair my vehicle at 25.06.2010 & after only two day (27.06.2010) the kristal was not start I call Mr. Hari Singh He was not pick my phone I try many time & after that I called mr. Navneet he said battery problem & he said I picke your vehicle from your home but till my vehicle stay at my home many time I request Mr Navneet Kindly pick My Vehicle he said Today, tomorrow day after tomorrow & give many excuse. & when I call workshop manager he do not pick my phone, please tell, that time what Can I do for this situation because I am working woman & I have not any other vehicle. the dada bajaj company only name his work is zero & customer support is zero specially for girl. I am totally harass in one week.
