Non issuance of policy

The money for my car insurance renewal was deducted by the company on June 3rd and till date I have not received my policy. Since July 1 I am calling the customer support and everytime get a promise that within next 24 hours I will get a soft copy mailed to me. I am feeling humiliated, frustrated and cheated by the service I am getting.
