Negligence in gas distribution and Poor response

I have a gas connection with Danish Gas agencies (Hennur Cross, Bangalore).

I have booked for a Gas cylinder refill on 30th July. I have received a message from the auto booking system on 8th Aug that i will get the refill delivered within 48 hrs. Its been a week and every time i call the Acency's direct number the answer i get is that it will be delivered in next 1hr or so.

Many time when i call them, they did not pick the phone call.
