Complaint About the Bike Central locking System

I am Ram Singh from New Delhi India. My complaint againts the my bike central locking system is not working

I gave Bike for the service in Dewan Bajaj for third free service on morning 07/02 they finished the service the same day and they when i gave bike for in the morning Central Locking in working whey but when i taking back my bike I found bike central locking is not working. After that I told all consult person like Supervisor Mr Rajesh, Machanic Mr Ajay and also service Manager but they all refused to resolve my bike central locking problem.

Sir Please kindly tell me what i will do for this problem.

Please tell me who is responsible for this kind of problem
