Hello,

i have given an request to Dish TV to fix the setup box on April 6th (Dish TV Request no 56973631) but till now no one contacted me from Dish TV and if i call the customer care i will get a reply that they are proritizing my issue and it will be resolve in 24 hrs. it one month now the setup box is lying in my home.
