I think, I am of the unsatisfied of your services and products.
This is second time when I posted a complaint & not getting the problem fixed after 5 days.
I have logged the request on 5th Sep 2008 and got the feedback that it will get resolved within 24 hrs. I explained the customer care executive about the issue facing with the inverter, but they didn't bother. On 7th Sep a technician came and exmined that some part is defected and promised that it will resolved by next day..
But still 2 days have gone I did not recieve any solution. Regulary I am calling to cutomer care & head office but not getting appropriate response.
Finally, I called up at gurgaon office explained everything to Mr. Narendra & he is saying that still it will take 1 more day..
It is requested, please look into this matter asap.
