Yesterday I booked a vehicle to go to Airportat 12.00 hours on midnight from my residence D504, Vertex Prestige, Nizampet, kukatpally, hyderabad from Dotcab, Hyderabad.. Vehicle driver was sleepy could not see the diversions and about hitand also he has taken vehicle to wrong direction. After alerting our direction again came back to normal rout and causing an excess fare. Vehicle condition was also not good. This type of behavior in running vehicles is absolutely not acceptable.
