REFUND OF MONEY

I purchased two railways tickets for journey by Rupasibangla Express (2883 Up) from the Howrah Railway Station to Chhatna and Bankura Railway Stations at two different dates i.e. on 12-11 and 18-11 to travel on 13-11 and 20-11 respectively. My ticket and PNR Nos. of the tickets are E-26357052 and 6349287258 for Howrah to Chhatna and E-26362367 and 6349569982 for Howrah to Bankura respectively. For some unavoidable circumstances we could no travel on both the dates. After seven days I went to Dum Dum Railway Station Reservation Counter to return my tickets and get refund my money after making deduction as per your rules. But I was then told that TT’s Report was essential because I was making claim after the departure of trains. At that time TT’s Report did not come and I was refused and I was also asked to come few days later but within 30 days time. I went there twice for my refund but till then no TT’s Report came to them (as per the person sitting on the other side of the reservation counter). Meanwhile 30 days have passed.

My question is ‘Should I get my money back now? If yes, where and how should I get it?

Further, the cash values of the tickets are Rs. 178 and Rs. 286. Please let also me know that whether there is any cash limit to get refund in such case.
