I left my diary in the car on 3 March 10 (booking id CZM 499091) and after alighting, driver promptly called me saying that he found diary and leaving in the Easy cab office (around Kapasheda). After several calls, constrant followups, we get a bogus message from call center that they would arrange a call back in 48 hours. Easycab is a bunch of cheats who do not take any action if you complain... Beware of leaving anything in your car... Chauffeur may be good but not Easycab!!
