I had booked a easy cab on Friday evening for saturday morning journey & the customer service personnel mentioned that the cab has been booked & within half an hour I would receive the confirmation. Within 1 hour I received around 4 messages having the same confirmation no with the same booking details. Next day at the booking time (4:45 A.M), i receive a message mentioning that there are no cabs available & as usual statemement. Sorry for the incovenince caused.
I was supposed to catch the train at 6:00 P.M & getting a transport at that point time was very difficult. Somehow we got a rikshaw & reached the station.
How can we make use or have trust of such kind of service. They give lots of advertisement on reliability & easy ways to book cab at odd hours. They do not keep up their words & commitment. I think its better they change the name from Easy Cabs to UNEASY CABS.
There are so many reviews mentioned at different websites against their horrible services & I am surpriced that no action has been taken against them for improvising their service.
I hope & am awaiting a possitive assurance from consumer court help these issues or take away their licence until the assure a positive customer service.
