I had booked an Easy cabs on 03-NOV having booking ID - B110302876 Car No:- 6542 for 6:45 p.m. from my flat at IRWO tower sec -47 gurgaon to HUDA City center metro station. I got confirmation for the same on my cell. Despite confirmed booking driver did not turn up. I called him up to know where he is? To my amazement driver told me that he has to pickup someone else. It was getting late as I had to catch Train from NDLS.
So I contacted Easy Cabs customer care to know the exact status. When my every minute was crucial I was made to wait for atleast 7-10 mins just to get hold of their representative. That representative asked every detail and put me on hold saying he will give me the latest status. I was again made to wait 8-10 mins. While I was on hold I received an SMS I checked that only to find out that Easy Cabs has sent me a regret SMS. So Thanks to Easy Cabs even after 20 mins of scheduled plan I was stuck at my place. Thanks to Easy Cabs I could not catch my train.
I want to sue Easy Cabs for ignorance and negligence on their part. Can someone guide me regarding the same.
