I have asked for a refund from this company and till date they are still working on it. Every time I call, they say they'll call me back and they never do. One of the worst companies I have ever dealth with and I would strongly recommend not to buy any tickets from their website. They have some bunch of illiterates sitting in their call center who talk in their local disrespectful language about their Customer without even putting the phone on mute. Extremaly disappointed with their service and as a favour they should stop operating completely.
