Dear Sir / Madam,
The company in the subject line, employed me as Territory Manager convincing me on certain perks and in order to tranform the company as MNC.
Well the things didnt go well due to inhuman treatment of directors (employees as servants), though people are working under that kind of circumstance.
As advised I resigned on 1st September and the notice period was waived. In order to keep the control they did not give any acceptance to the resignation neither paid salary/ full and final compensation which caused financial, mental, social stress to me. I have been following up the office on mails so that they may not prove me absconding as a part of malicious intentions. They desired that I must get all the collections from the clients, if I wanted to avoid my salary being debited. Salary debit is normal culture here though it is not mentioned in the employment contract neither it is legal.
I have not got any possitive response on follow up and they have not enumerated any pendencies whatsoever.
I got an sms from the directors that bear the brunt of not coming to office after resignation to resolve the issues.
Under this circumstance I want real legal guidance and assistance so that I may recover the rightful money from the employers and teach them a lesson for mistreatment of employees.
