I already posted my bike problem in this forum. But there is no response from hero honda side. and now the service center (sanjo motors parassala) telling that now they cannot do its work and approach another service center. Now the bike condition is very bad and mileage is now 25km/l.and automatically off its engine at running condition and different sounds hearing from its engine.now i am keep in my bike in home because i cannot use the bike for long use.and approaching service center they behave very badly and they told that buy this bike and take new one.

I buy a hero Honda hunk on January. At that time a different sound in its engine.i noticed and told to the service center. they told that's valve problem it cleared on next servicing. After serving it not cleared they opened engine at five times and the problem is still.i mailed many times in customer care they did not respond. Calling the number showing in the service book indicate customer care number nobody take phone. They have no responsibility.
And the another thing is my battery is not working (cannot start the bike using the battery it shows leaky type).i told service center and they told it is in warranty and send for warranty mew battery will get on 15 days.after 4 months now they saying that the battery damaged and it have no warranty.at the time of removing the battery from my bike battery have no physical problem. Always they cheating many customers in these type.
