My consumer no.451522 and I am a resident of Kapra, Hyderabad. M/s Ennar Gas Services, Brindavan Colony, DR. A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad - 5000 062 is the distributor for my connection. I have been calling to the said agency since 13rd April (20 days) over phone deseperately continously (atleast 50 times) for booking the gas. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is proper response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (040-27122626 /040-27122412) and not acccessible consequently, the gas has been booked on the same day actually my gas connection is new. But still yet I am not get the Gas cyclinder, Daily I am calling, every day they are saying today we will distribute. Please take an action.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that our time will save and no confusion in this.
