ON 12/4/10 I HAD BOOKED E TICKET THROUGH IRCTC FOR YESHWANTPUR TRAIN NO.2735, BUT DID NOT GET E TICKET UNDER BOOKED HISTORY, WHEREAS MY AMOUNT WAS CUT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT RS.1028/-. WHEN I CHECKED FROM THE NEVIGATION MENU IN FAILED TRANSACTIONS, IT IS SHOWN THAT PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK. HOW THIS COULD BE? ELECTRNICALLY TENDERED AMOUNT RS.1028/- WAS CUT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND TO MY MISFORTUNE NO TICKET IS DISPLAYED TO GET PRINT OUT. KINDLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO? AND TO WHOM TO CONTACT FOR REFUND OF MY AMOUNT OR TICKET. MY PLAN OF TRAVEL IS 4TH MAY FROM SEC TO YESHWANTPUR. BANK PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT ELECTRONIC ETICKET PAYMENT DEDUCTED. HOW THIS CAN SORTED OUT?
