Dealer not replacing Battery

Dear Sir,

I have bought Exide Max Battery from Exide Dealer name "KACHHWAHA BROTHERS" for my car on 08-06 with one year warranty but after 6 months the Exide battery not working properly. When I went to the dealer for replacing, he told me that he will not replace the battery after requesting him so many times, After that I told him that we will file a complain in consumer court, he told me do it, I don't fear from anyone.

This is not the first time this happen, we also bought Exide battery from same dealer for our vehicle Kinetic Honda, and same problem arises but again we have to fight from the dealer for replacing of the battery.
